“This place is AMAZING! Been coming here for about a year! Ren does an amazing full set! Daisy does a fantastic job on my pedicure! Definitely relaxing and having you walking out like a brand new person! Ivy took care of my husband and it was his first pedicure in his life and let me tell you he fell in love! Definitely found our spot!”
— Angelic Eggerson“I came in as a walkin-in on a Tuesday to get in a mani-pedi and was greeted immediately. Annie made sure I got exactly what I wanted when I showed her the color and shape I wanted while Lilly did my pedicure and made me feel like a queen. I also had a cocktail in my hand whenever I sat down for both services which was amazing!”
— Miranda B“First time here, rating 3 because my pedicure was not bad. I like how my pedicure went for the most part and the color chosen. Our experience was compensated with a slight discount, we appreciated that they took our feedback and handled it quickly. My colleague and I experience unsanitary practices in the salon. The only problem with my manicurist was that she coughed on me several times. Not intentional, but mannerisms were not followed. My colleague asked for the water to be warmer, that didn’t happen. She did get nipped by her manicurist. Additionally, her manicurist handed her an unwrapped straw with used gloves for her beverage. It does get busy, from the look of the foot traffic. Did feel a bit rush with the pedicure compared to other salons I have been to. We were happy with how our nails turned out and like mentioned they heard our feedback and did what they could to compensate for the first time experience.”
— Mariah Walker“I received builder gel services here on February 9th and paid around $150 not including tip. The technician was kind and the salon environment was pleasant, which makes this more disappointing to write. During the prep portion of the appointment, I experienced noticeable burning while filing. After recently having the builder gel professionally removed elsewhere, I discovered curved red bands across multiple nails near the cuticle area consistent with over-filing (“rings of fire”). My natural nails are now visibly thinned and brittle. I reached out to the salon privately with photos before posting this review. While they responded, they stated they could not determine when the damage occurred and did not offer any solution or follow-up. For a service at this price point, I expected a higher standard of care and greater accountability when concerns are raised. Is this the level of accountability and care that should be expected at a $150+ price point? Based on this experience, I would encourage prospective clients to decide whether this reflects the quality, integrity, and professionalism they are looking for.”
